Fluent in english and german, Celestino supports international clients in aligning design ambition with local regulations. His work spans planning, permitting, and project coordination, with a focus on commercial spaces, residential developments, and gastronomy concepts.

Celestino is registered with the Architektenkammer Berlin (Berlin Chamber of Architects) and is the co-founder of neuesneues, a design and architecture studio based in Berlin.
